These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of https://honestpeps.com (the “Site”) and to any products you purchase from us. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Site or buy our products.
1. Research Use Only
Everything we sell is supplied solely for in-vitro laboratory and research purposes. Our products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and they are not intended for human consumption or for any medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, or veterinary use.
These materials have not been evaluated for safety or effectiveness in humans or animals. By ordering, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory, institution, or business with the training and facilities needed to handle research chemicals responsibly, and that you will use them only in a lawful research setting.
2. Eligibility & Legal Compliance
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from Honest Peptides.
You are solely responsible for confirming that buying, possessing, and using our products is legal where you live and where the order is shipped. We make no representation that any product is appropriate or permitted in your location. We are not responsible for shipments that are held, delayed, refused, or seized by customs or any regulatory authority.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and to product availability.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. Full payment must clear before an order is processed or shipped. We reserve the right to decline, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, unlawful, or inconsistent with these Terms.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship only to destinations where it is lawful to receive our products.
Any delivery estimate is provided as a convenience and is not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Once an order is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.
5. Returns & Refunds
Because of the nature of research materials, all sales are final. We will replace an item only if it arrives defective or damaged, and only after you notify us promptly.
Before any replacement or refund is approved, we may ask you to describe how the product was handled — including reconstitution method, solvent and pH, and storage temperature — since improper handling can affect product integrity. Where a refund is approved, it will be issued as store credit and will not be returned to the original payment method. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Product Handling & Safety
You agree to follow standard laboratory safety practices when handling, storing, and disposing of anything you buy from us. You accept full responsibility for the safe and lawful handling of these materials once they are in your possession.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
All products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Honest Peptides and Honest Peps LLC are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, losses, or injuries arising from the purchase, use, or misuse of our products or from your use of the Site.
