Shipping Policy

All products are shipped strictly for in-vitro laboratory and forensic research use. Orders are accepted only from qualified researchers and research institutions.

Processing

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking when it ships.

Carriers & transit

Domestic orders ship via standard US carriers. Typical transit time is 2–5 business days after dispatch. Tracking is provided on every shipment.

Handling

Research peptides ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, which is stable at ambient temperature for the duration of normal transit. Store materials according to the handling guidance on each product page upon receipt.

Lost or delayed shipments

If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact support@honestpeps.com with your order number and we will open a carrier claim.

Address accuracy

Shipments are sent to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address before dispatch.
